Ansu Fati went down in Spanish history

The young wunderkind of Barcelona Ansu Fati went down in history after becoming the youngest goal scorer for the Spanish national team. The striker scored the third goal in the match against Ukraine in the League of Nations on Sunday. Fati also won a penalty at the beginning of the match, which was realized by captain Sergio Ramos.

Fati broke the record of the late Juan Eraskin, who held the title of Spain’s youngest goal scorer for 95 years, scoring his first goal against Switzerland in 1925 at the age of 18 years and 344 days.

But now Ansu has done so at just 17 years and 310 days old. The striker will turn 18 on October 31. Earlier in the season, he became the youngest scorer in the Champions League as a whole and in La Liga for Barcelona.
